HELLOO!!
i am home for the 25 hours that i have free.
anddd i must say i adore camp. LOVE LOVE LOVE it.
even though i'm exhausted. this past week was teen week and it was insane. but it was super fun. i was a counselor for a night. talk about craziness.
but it was alright. teen week is intense because we stay up later and the kids ask more questions and want to learn more. so its' cool but drains so much out of you because you want to answer all the questions they have. it's also cool because you basically learn so much more. like i learned how to do GIMP this week! haha.
i mena i also learned about the Armor of God, which was super cool and we had a guest speaker on Thursday night and he talked about Doritos being in a brown paper bag and how no one would want to eat them then because we wouldn't know what they were. and he also had everyone yell things such as "Do not be taken captive." and "God IS Enough" he also had us yell "false teachings" everytime he said philosophy. so that was cool. it's hard to forget things like that when you yell them all the time.
but i'm seriously so exhausted. plus i think i kind of smell weird. considering i didn't shower yesterday and i didn't shower today yet either. i'm thinking i really dont care and i'm going to go to work and i'll probably smell weird there...hahahaha.
also i haven't taken a nap yet today. and i have like an hour until work...so guess who is going to be crazy tonight and who will hopefully not crash at work....
oh and i went to the birthday party of the little girl i used to babysit. she's turning 5. which is ridiculousss. she makes me feel so old. haha. plus i feel like she kind of doesn't remember me since it's been like a year since i've seen her. or maybe like since christmas break? idk either way it's been way too long. super sad. but she seems to be a little more outgoing now which is adorable.
sigh. time for real flies.
anyway what else. lets see so many kids got saved at camp this week, which was awesome. and one of the girls testimony made me cry. first time that happened at camp. i mean i always feel emotional but i never cry. well never cried until then.
so touching. so yeah.
also i now know Psalm 139: 1-8. woo. only 16 (?) more verses to go.. and two weeks to learn them... AHHH.
it's alright though. i'm going to do it. yup.
okay well. that's pretty much it.
