17 Magazine depresses me.

True Story. So i got my magazine in the mail today and i was like alright. awesome. they had some good articles about hairstyles and i was like sweet. and i like looking at the clothes they have in the magazine for ideas. even though they have the weirdest "styles" i mean where's the style for the average girl? for real.
anyways so i was looking almost 3/4 the way through and i come across the article
FIND AN AMAZING BOYFRIEND.
i was like. uh what. so i was like alright alright this should be interesting. i read it and i'm like WHERE ARE ALL THE NICE GUYS AROUND HERE. FOR SERIOUS. i hate boys.
lmao.
they chose ten guys. and 6/10 were from the east coast. andddd 4/10 were from the tri-state area that i live in. i was like what is this? are you telling me that there are that many good nice guys around here. then why the freak have i not really met any. okay okay i admit i have met some nice guys, but 1. they either are too slow and NEVER ask me out. or 2. they are just dumb. Dumb as in they are just dumb. lol i have no idea, but i'm sure you know what i mean. which brings me back to. stupid freaking boys.
let me just list the ten things these amazing guys give as advice:
Guy number 1, Nicholas he is 17 and from Maryland: "Look at his past. If you find out that he cheated on an ex or has a really bad rep, you won't be able to change him. Move on and find a new crush!"
hey thanks Nicholas.
Guy number 2, James he is 22 and from Florida: "Good boyfriends aren't intimidated by how smart you are! My girlfriend was valedictorian of her class and i loved bragging to my friends about her." zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
oh sorry James were you bragging about your girlfriend again. lmao
Guy number 3, David, 18, Cali: "Sometimes guys don't realize how much they like you until they get a little jealous. So hang out with your guy friends, but then plan one-on-one time with your crush."
oh what now i have to make guys jealous and try to remember how to function around them. greattttttt
Guy number 4, Andrew, 20, New Jersey: "My girlfriend and I formed a solid friendship before dating, and that's the reason we're so close now. We found something in common (sports!) and just talked for hours about it!"
Okay i could totally handle that! talk to me about Lacrosse or even football and it's on. lol
Guy number 5, Chris, 18, New York: "Chivalry is not dead! A good boyfriend is a polite boyfriend. I treat my girlfriend with the same old-fashioned respect that my dad shows my mom."
okay for serious Chris i totally agree there. Chivalry is not dead. and whoever the heck said it was needs a braincheckup. got it? Get it? GOOD.
Guy number 6, Raymond, 21, New York: "Hang out with a guy's friends to get to know the real him! They'll probably tease him about things, and you'll hear all the stories he was hiding!"
okay like a guy would really want that. It's like oh hey have any secrets stories!? awesome. let me go get some popcorn. oh wait i don't have a microwave. bummer.
Guy number 7, Matthew, 19, Cali: "A good guy will give you his full attention. He has to be willing to help you through the not-fun times too! We always listen to each other's problems - no mattter how big or small."
how nice. i'm thinking the we is you and your girlfriend.blah.
Guy number 8, David, 19, Arizona: "Trust your gut about guys- you should have a good feeling about him. My girlfriend walked into history class, and before she said anything, I knew she'd be mine."
Pleaseeeeeeeeeeee BE MINEEEEEEEEEEE. lol that's all i thought of when i read be mine. anyways i wonder if any guys ever thought about me, and then never followed through. gosh.
Guy number 9, Jonathan, 20, Cali: "You can't show guys all your cards- you have to make him work a little to get to know you better! The fun for him is in the chase!"
so what are you saying Jonathan? after the chase is over he's done? tsk tsk. besides no problem. i never show all my cards. i'm lucky i can walk, talk and think around any crushes i ever have. lol.
Guy number 10, Chad, 17, Pennsylvania: "When you find the right guy, go for it! My girlfriend wanted to talk to me, so she IM'ed me out of nowhere. I didn't even know who she was, but now we're dating."
bahha easy for you to say Chad. she IM'ed you. gosh. eww his g/f is 15. lol anyways.
so then Chris (guy number 5) has a sneaky test lmao. Check his Manners!
if your crush does four of these five things, he's a good guy!
1. He stays on the road side when you're walking together on the sidewalk.
2. He holds open the car door for you.
3. He seems protective of his sisters (even if he sometimes fights with them).
4. He's sweet to his mom and says good things about his family.
5. He wants to meet your family.

Then Chad (guy number 10) has a foolproof get-the-guy move
THROW A GAME NIGHT! hahah
okay Chad. this is his plan "Invite a bunch of people over to your house, preferably all couples and the guy you like. When it's time to pair up for teams, make sure the two of you are together! As your teammate, he'll definetely feel closer to you than if you'd just randomly talked to him at a party."
haha Okay CHAD i'm throwing a game night! haha not.
okay anyways. those guys do seem nice. where can i find me one of those?
oh gosh now there is an article about getting married too young. people people people. if you are absolutely positively sure with all your heart, soul and mind that he/she's the one then what's wrong with waiting until your at least 21. personally i'm waiting til 23/24 and above. hopefully before 30 though. just sayin'.
anyways so after all that depressing stuff. here's my mega watt smile of the day!:

for serious Nathan juggling the fruit in the background during the Gettysburg song. yeah that made me just lose it i was laughing SO hard. and my dad walked by my room and he was like what are you watching and he came in and was like okay then. but he even smiled. perhaps cause i was laughing hysterically. or maybe he actually thought it was funny. hmmm

So school. Bio class. fail. haha that class is just blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
oh but wait we were going over natural selection and he put this comic up. it was so weird. let me go see if i can find it. i dont' even remember where to look actually lol wait found it! cause i'm that awesome today !
http://evolution.berkeley.edu/evolibrary/article/0_0_0/sneakermales_01
then bio lab. i dominated. what can i say i'm just awesome.
so this is what happened. it was me and the two guys at my lab table. yeah that's right the other woman didn't show up. :O
haha. so we played with beans. uncooked ones of course. brown mottled ones, black ones, white ones, and some weird ones that had rings on them okay okay white ones with black rings. lol.
we had a nice "habitat" that was actually five strips of multicolored flowered fabrics sewn together. we placed our family of beans on the cloth. 6 of each color. then each one had three babies. apparently they reproduce asexually. lmao
so then after that was all set up and the young ones "wandered away from their parents" one boy. not the weird one. the nice one. you know who i mean. had to remove 72 beans by having his back to the beans in their habitat and turning around and removing them one by one. after turning around again and again. basically this took forever. and it was extremely boring. then we counted all the beans that were left. the brown mottled ones died of extinction. sorry.
then all the ones left over, reproduced AGAIN! WOW and we had 92 beans again. but no brown mottled ones. then it was the weird kids turn who always makes fun of me so i'm really mean to him, but he doesn't pick up the meaness i hint at him. apparently i need to work on that.
he counted wrong.
i was like uh that's not the right number lol.
then it was my turn. i knew it was wrong. we somehow didn't put enough beans on the table. i dont' take responsibility for that at all. stupid weird boy.
anyways the weird boy kept making fun of me. and i wanted to be like shut up. gosh. but instead i just took it like a man. yeah that's right. lol
and well since there wasn't the right number on the cloth i just stopped because i knew it was wrong. so then we just figured it out the right way. and we didnt' do the fourth one because none of us felt like it. i know. we be rebels. ;)
then we invited another group over. since they only have two ppl and our teacher told us we had to have them over to play with us. lol.
so we tapped off a section (okay fine the bio lab before us tapped off a section on the table) on the table. and we got a fork, a knife and a spoon, poured some black beans on the table. LOADs of black beans. and then the knife (weird kid from my table), spoon (kid from other table), and Fork (MEEEEE, I poned), had to go hunting. woo. so basically i poned each time. only one time, the first time did i not have the most. yup. and the last time. my fork reproduced twice because i "hunted" enough beans. oh and the point is you pick the black beans up ONE at a time. and you have to get as many as you can in ONE minute. yeah it's hard you dont even know. the knife died out. hahah. everyone was pretty impressed even if they didnt' say it. but i was like yea uh huh a girl beat you how do you feel about THAT!.
so then afterwards we working on the questions and the weird boy asked our teacher a question about what could affect the characteristics of the predators. or something of that sort. Which is what we had to answer. and the teacher was like what do you think. the other boy had told the weird kid before the teacher came over that color-blindness would be one. so then when the teacher was there the weird kid was like i don't know. uhh color-blindness and the teacher was like yes.
i was like oh brother. and i looked at the nice boy and he was like exactly what i said. and smiled. and i was like hah yeah. and smiled back.
then the teacher was still there and she was like what else, and it was blah blah blah. and then weird boy was basically telling the teacher that he thought i cheated, because i kept going for the same beans in the same section, but instead the teacher turned around on him and told him he was dumb. well not exaclty in those terms. she was like well some predators have good memory and are intelligent. i was like BOO YA! well i thought that mentally, but i did look at weird kid with a look that said now what jerkface. she just called me the smart one. bam.
then later he was like sorry for making fun of you . i was like whatever.
and then the other nice boy laughed. and i was like yeah.
oh yeah and weird boy touched me on the back again. i swear he can't go one lab period with touching me on the shoulder or something. i feel like being all yo dude i don't like when you get all touchy feely with me. back OFF.
would that be mean? nah.
anyways that was basically lab. i excluded all the boring parts. mostly lol.
yeah went to work. on the way there the one highway was backed up and i couldn't go the back way cause the STUPID BRIDGE IS STILL BEING WORKED ON AND IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS AND IT'S SO ANNOYING. cause that's the way i ALWAYS used to go to work. it seroiusly cuts a few minutes off my time. stupid bridge workers. sigh.
and i actually got out of work early today! by like 30 minutes. it was awesome.
and tonight i need to study for my poetry test tomorrow. first one. i hope it's not too bad
and i finished my religion paper last night. :D
i know you are all so proud of me. i didnt procrastinate.
anyways this blog was way way long. Soooooo you can finish this and do something awesome!
LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE YOU

PS. one more day of school til SPRING BREAK WOOOOOOOOOOOO.
and two more days. sort of more like 44 1/2 hours til something awesome. you know. :)
